To achieve the desired R-value it is important to install the correct thickness of GreenFiber Insulation.
Our team will use our high-powered insulation system to blow cellulose insulation into your attic. A hose is fed from our truck into your attic keeping all of the mess outside.

TOP OFF
Top Off is the process of adding insulation to a desired R-value overtop of existing insulation. The ecoEnergy program requires candidates to upgrade their current insulation to an total of R50. Eco Insulation ensures the finished R-value is obtained by adding the appropriate thickness of product over existing insulation bringing it to a total of R50
Need Storage?
Icynene is available. The top off is cost effective and extremely effective but does not allow your attic to be used as storage. Applying spray foam to the underside of the sheathing will make it possible to use as storage or even an additional room. The required rvalue is R24 and can easily be obtain using a Icynene spray foam
ATTIC HATCH BUILD UP - AN ECO INSULATION EXCLUSIVE DESIGN
Attic build-up hatches are crucial when adding insulation to R50 or R60. Alot of insulation can piles up high and it is important to prevent it from escaping out through the attic hatch. The hatch build-up extension acts as a extra wall to keep all of the newly added insulation contained in behind it. We also use a government approved specially designed attic hatch build-up that we designed.
This package includes:
- 1. Rigid insulation on the rear of the hatch door for an added R-Value
- 2. Weather stripping for superior Air Sealing
- 3. Retaining wall made of insulation batts around hatch entrance to prevent loose cellulose from caving when access door is open
